®. David leverages his more than 30 years in human resources, leadership development and Net Promoter experience to continuously improve
Rackers ability to build customers for life.
Prior to coming to Rackspace, David was the Senior Vice President of Organization and Process Excellence at Intuit, Inc. in Mountain View, California.
There he architected the Customer Experience Review Process designed to measure and improve customer experience and loyalty, which Rackspace embraces
as a key strategy for profitable growth.
David received his bachelors and masters degrees in psychology from Springfield College, and a Ph.D. in Human and Organization Development from the
University of Northern Colorado.
